Vapeenjoy Refunds and Returns Policy

Return of Goods

You can return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of receipt. After we inspect your return, we promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Expect 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your item. For assistance, contact us at info@vapeenjoy.com. We provide a shipping label for your return; however, shipping charges, which vary at our discretion, may reduce your refund amount.

Note: Opened e-liquids or those with a broken seal are non-returnable.

Product Guarantee

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of used products. Instead, we ensure all products meet strict quality standards before shipping.

Equipment Warranty

Our 7-day warranty starts on delivery. After this period, direct warranty claims to the manufacturer. This warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaks, or external components. You may choose a one-time exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

Disposable Products

We evaluate warranties for disposable vape case by case. For defective disposables, email info@vapeenjoy.com, and we will refund via the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable vape.

Defective Products

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange defective products. You cover shipping costs for returning defective items, unless the product arrives damaged.

Lost or Damaged Items

Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. Glass items and accessories qualify for warranty only if broken upon arrival.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, email info@vapeenjoy.com with “Cancellation Request: Order Number” in the subject line. After shipping, you cannot cancel but may refuse the package or return it for a refund. We issue refunds via the original payment method or provide a credit note if necessary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once delivery is confirmed, Vapeenjoy is not liable for lost or stolen packages. File claims directly with the carrier.
